Slide across the photo. On the left everything stands still, on the right I kept the shutter open longer and moved my camera. That is how you play in every guide: first see, then do.

About me

Hi, I am Linda Verweij, photographer in Nijmegen.

I have worked as a professional photographer since 2006: portraits, weddings, businesses and special moments. I got my first camera, a Minolta, when I was fourteen. I love photographing people most of all: real moments, real faces.

With Fizzual I share how I see. Not with dry theory, but by discovering and playing. So that you no longer press the button and hope, but know what you are photographing.

Images have always been my language. That love took me to graphic design school and then to art academy. There I learned to look: at light, at colour and at what an image does to you.

I am curious and keep trying something new: a different lens, different light, a wild idea. Everything I discover, I love to share with you.

Besides photography I sing in pop choir Switch and play the piano. At home I enjoy my two sons and my partner. Colour, nature and real encounters give me energy.

Warm regards, Linda
